About Cast Off Travels

Hello! I’m Sharon Bryant, a Licensed Practical Nurse turned travel enthusiast, living in Fowlerville, Michigan, with my husband, James. For over 18 years, I worked as a Case Manager, helping injured workers navigate their recovery journeys with compassion and care. Now partially retired, I’ve embraced a new adventure—becoming a travel agent—where I continue my passion for supporting others, this time by helping them plan unforgettable journeys.

Since 2019, I’ve cruised through the Caribbean and Alaska, discovering firsthand why cruising is one of the most enriching ways to see the world. My most recent voyage took me through the southern Caribbean, with stops in Aruba, Curaçao, and other stunning ports before returning to Miami. One of my favorite moments on any cruise? Standing on deck with nothing but ocean in sight—it's a humbling, awe-inspiring experience that shifts my perspective to the vastness of the seas, and the Creator's work in building this beautiful world for us.

Looking ahead, I dream of exploring Europe by river cruise, gliding through five countries and soaking in the beauty, culture, and history along the way. Celebrity Cruises will debut its first river cruise in January 2027. I'm anxious to learn more about this as further details are released. Travel has a way of opening hearts and minds, and I’m thrilled to help others discover that exquisite wonder for themselves.
